Electronics I and Lab – Week #2 Tutorial

Access a Center-Tapped Transformer and change the properties in MULTISIM:

1. Click on the resistor figure on the tool bar

2. Select Basic_Virtual under Family

3. Click on TS_VIRTUAL, click OK

The default turns ratio is 2:1, to change the turns ratio to 10:1 double click on the transformer. The screen below will appear.

In the Primary-to–secondary turns ratio field, change the number to 10. Click OK.
